OMG. Her voice when she said “what the hell” and started backing up just broke me inside. And you could tell it was killing Esposito to do this to her, and as much as I wanted it to be Castle to be the one to “fix” her this episode, he just couldn’t be that person for this. At least not right now.  Now she needed a soldier, someone who wouldn’t break, someone who would keep pushing, gently, but enough to back her into a corner and force her to face her demons.
