His face was just SO…CASTLE. LOL Not even 24 hours into this new relationship and he’d already screwed up. And he knew it. LOL 

You are drawn to death. You like to be around it. Because it thrills you. Now where does that come from? Your own suppressed impulses? How close to death do you want to get?

Can we just talk about the range of emotion that crosses her face when he tells her this?  For a moment, it almost mirrors the panic and hurt she felt when he told her the first time (Are you a part of this?). And even though she’s forgiven him, the reminder that he kept something like this from her for so long is still fresh and still stings.  But then it’s like she forces herself to remember that he’s not keeping anything from her anymore. They’ve agreed, no more secrets. He’s trying, and she’s trying, and so she clamps down on those old impulses, and tries to move past it all and for the first time really listens to what he has to say.

I never really could say no to anything.
